The Insertion object has been deprecated, so when you used to do this:

new Insertion.After($('element'), '<p>jibble</p>');

You now do:

$("items").insert({ after: new Element("p") });
$("items").insert({ top: "<li>an item</li>" });
$("items").insert("<li>another item</li>"); // defaults to bottom
